Session Types
WDP Personal Training / 2-1/ Private Group Session
Programmed to suit your needs and goals, our WDP coaches specialise in boxing and strength conditioning for everyday athletes to amateur and pro-boxers. No matter your level, as long as you are ready to work hard our coaches will zone in on your personal needs. We also offer 2-1 and private group sessions.
WDP Boxing Classes
60 min session
Monday / Tuesday / Thursday: 7:45pm
Monday / Tuesday / Thursday: 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am
Our signature session combines the fundamental moves of boxing with a high intensity interval training element that will push your body to its limits. This session type is included in our unlimited class membership.
Increase your boxing skills, burn fat and release some stress.
WDP Boxing - Intermediate / Advance
60 min session
Monday / Tuesday: 6:30pm
Saturday 10:30am
Sessions will go more in-depth with you on the fundamentals and skills of boxing, whilst at the same time putting a focus on your overall athletic ability. Train like a boxer and leave feeling focused and sharp. This session type is included in our unlimited class membership.
WDP Boxing - Beginners
60 min session
Monday: 5:30pm
Saturday 9:30am
Start your boxing journey and build confidence in our beginners boxing session. Our coaches will combine the fundamental moves of boxing with an interval training element. This session type is included in our unlimited class membership.
WDP Circuits
60 min session
Monday: 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am
Level up your boxing with our conditioning circuits that are programmed to improve your speed, endurance, agility, hand-eye coordination and power. Whether you are an everyday athlete or pro/amateur boxer, this sweaty session will improve fitness levels and will compliment your boxing training overall. This session type is included in our unlimited class membership.
WDP Sparring
60 min session
Thursday: 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am
Take a punch and give one back under the supervision of our coaches. Our fully monitored session will include counters, defence and attacks to full-blown competition training. Learn how to improve your confidence and skill level as well as keeping relaxed in the ring. To spar you must have bring your own boxing gloves, hand wraps, head guard, shin guards and mouth shield. All spars are controlled in a safe environment.
WDP Sparring - Beginners

Thursday: 6:30pm
This beginners class will get you comfortable in the ring and will include skill based training to build confidence. To spar you must have bring your own boxing gloves, hand wraps, head guard, shin guards and mouth shield. All spars are controlled in a safe environment.
WDP Kettlebell Cut
45 min session
Sunday: 10:45am - 11:30am
Shred like a boxer whilst reducing the chance of injury with WDP Kettlebell Cut. Expect a quick fire kettlebell and bodyweight workout that will improve endurance, strength and your boxing training overall.
This session is included with our unlimited membership. Alternatively if you would like to do a PAYG this will be a combo session type of Kettlebell and Run Club (overall session will be 90mins and will be a reduced price).
WDP JUNIORS
60 min session
Tuesday / Thursday: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Saturday: 11:30am
Sunday: 1pm
Start their athlete journey at WDP. The session will combine the fundamental moves of boxing and strength-conditioning that will allow juniors to gain respect, hand/eye coordination, confidence and self-discipline.
Online Personal Training
Achieve your goals with the WDP Online Personal Training. This bespoke service is suited to your needs, whether you are an athlete such as a boxer working towards your next fight, a footballer, gymnast looking for strength & conditioning or an everyday athlete. Your program will be tailored to your environment space -commercial gym, boxing gym, in-house gym etc
We are also able to offer zoom personal training sessions - this can be boxing, sports specific, strength etc

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
WDP Open Gym Membership
*fully booked. Please tick on the sign-up form and a member of the team will email you once a space is available*
Access to WDP GYM between Monday - Friday 6am - 9pm / Saturday 7am - 7pm / Sunday 8am - 6pm. Expect a fully equipped gym space with boxing bags, barbells, racks, free weights and array of upper & lower body machines. .Check-in at WDP Performance to access to WDP Gym (next door). Once you have booking app access there is also an option to include our unlimited class membership.
WDP Unlimited Class Membership
Attend WDP sessions as many times as you would like with this Unlimited Class membership. Select from Boxing, Boxing Technique and Strength. Once you have booking app access there is also an option to include our open gym membership.
PAYG / Session Packs
For all our session types we offer a PAYG option along with session packs (the greater the session pack, the greater the discount).

Before attending a class or a personal training session please read and sign the waiver form.
